Harbor Contracting has constructed first class office facilities for over 25 years. We have extensive experience in delivering office buildings from the ground as well as upfits of existing structures. Quality construction is necessary to draw new tenants and maximize potential rents. Often the space must be easily converted to adapt to other users.

We understand the importance of meeting client’s deadlines, as the project must be completed in time for the client’s opening, which may be planned many months in advance. While one of our main goals is to meet and often beat the client’s projected deadlines, we remain focused on staying within budget and constructing a facility that exceeds the client’s expectations.
